摘要
丹皮酚是牡丹皮和徐长卿的主要药效成分。近年来,丹皮酚由于具有多种药理活性越来越受到关注,如抑菌抗炎、解热镇痛、增强免疫力等。同时,丹皮酚抗肿瘤作用也成为近期的研究热点,包括对肝癌、结肠癌、胃癌等多种肿瘤细胞具有抑制作用,其抗肿瘤机制主要有抑制细胞增殖、诱导细胞凋亡、改善机体免疫力等。对丹皮酚抗肿瘤作用相关的研究结果进行了综述,探讨了其抗肿瘤的机制,为深入研究丹皮酚的药理作用提供依据。
Paeonol is the main active component of Moutan Cortex and Cynanchum paniculatum. In recent years, paeonol has been paid more attention to because of varieties of pharmacological activities, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activities, improving the immune system, etc. Meanwhile, the antitumor effect ofpaeonol has become a research focus recently. For instance, paeonol can inhibit the development of liver cancer, colon cancer, and stomach cancer by inhibiting the proliferation of cancer cells, inducing apoptosis and improving immunity. In this paper, experimental studies related to the antitumor effect of paeonol were reviewed. Antitumor mechanisms of paeonol were discussed to provide references for further study of the pharmacological effects of paeonol.
