摘要
目的了解哮喘控制测试问卷（ACT评分）在哮喘中的应用效果。方法通过2015年1～4月对30例哮喘患者用药前后ACT评分及肺功能的比较判定哮喘的疗效。结果哮喘患者用药后ACT评分、FEV1、FEEF25—75与用药前相比有显著性差异，用药前后ACT评分与均FEV1实测值／预计值呈正相关。结论ACT评分有助哮喘控制水平的评估。
Objective To explore the application effect of asthma control test （ACT） questionnaire in treatment of asth- ma. Methods 30 patients with asthma treated from January to April 2015 were selected and the ACT scores and evaluation of lung function were compared before and after treatment to reveal the effects on asthma. Results There were significant differences in ACT scores, FEV1 and FEEF25-75 after treatment in asthma patients than those before treatment, and the ACT scores showed a positive relationship with FEV1. Conclusion ACT scoring can contribute to evalu- ation of control level of asthma.
