摘要 为了研究活性染料对粘胶型Outlast空调纤维的染色性能,有效控制其上染过程、指导染色工艺的优化,选用活性橙BES进行染色吸附动力学研究。选择准一级和准二级动力学模型对活性橙BES在Outlast空调纤维上的染色数据进行拟合,并探讨元明粉用量对染色动力学的影响。结果表明:活性橙BES在Outlast空调纤维上的染色过程适合用准二级动力学模型来描述;上染速率随着温度的升高而增大,但平衡吸附量随着温度的升高而降低;增加元明粉用量可以提高上染速率和平衡上染量,并缩短半染时间。 In order to study the dyeing properties of viscose Outlast air conditioning fiber with reactive dyes, and control the dyeing process and guide the optimization of dyeing process, Reactive Orange BES was selected to study the dye adsorption kinetics. Pseudo first-order and Pseudo second-order kinetic models were used to fit for the kinetic data of Reactive Orange BES dyed Outlast air conditioning fiber. And the effect of sodium sulfate on the dyeing dynamics was investigated. The results showed that the adsorption kinetics of Reactive Orange BES in outlast air conditioning fiber dyeing process could be described by Pseudo second-order kinetic model. The dyeing rate increased with the temperature rising, but the equilibrium adsorption capacity decreased with the increase of dyeing temperature. Increase of sodium sulfate dosage could improve the dyeing rate and equilibrium uptake, and shorten the half dyeing time.
