摘要
通过对牛居构造已钻井及地质资料分析,牛居构造发生井壁坍塌的主要原因是大段泥岩的存在。提出了采用油基钻井液体系的技术对策,并提出了配置工艺、维护与处理工艺。通过应用,油基钻井液体系能够有效防止泥岩段的井壁垮塌情况,而且能够提高机械钻速,减小钻头磨损。
By analyzing the Niuju structure drilled wells and geological data,the reason of Niuju structure wall collapse is the existing of larg e number of mudstone,as for that,it put forwards taking the technical countermeasures for oil-based drilling fluid system and also show us configuration process,maintenance and processing.After application,oil-based drilling fluid system can prevent wall collapse situation in mudstone section,also,i t can improve rate of penetration and reduce bit wear.
