摘要
基于中国省际面板数据,在考虑了地区开放度、地区创新能力等因素后,实证考察了中国市场化进程对制造业出口技术复杂度的影响及地区特征的异质性影响。研究发现,在总体样本层面上,我国市场化进程对制造业出口技术复杂度的提升具有促进作用,更进一步地,各市场化分项进程的作用具有差异性,按中介组织发育和法律经济、政府与市场关系、非国有经济发展、要素市场发育依次减弱,而产品市场发育对制造业出口技术复杂度的提升作用不明显;在分地区层面上,地区市场化总进程整体上有助于制造业出口技术复杂度提升,其中,沿海比内陆地区的驱动力更强,东部比中、西、东北部地区的作用更为明显。上述结论对新一轮改革中进一步推进我国市场化改革,释放制度红利,促进制造业出口技术复杂度的提升及我国全球价值链地位的攀升具有启示意义。
Based on Chinese provincial panel data, and considering the factors such as openness, regional innovation ability and regional characteristics, this article empirically studied the impacts of the marketization process in China on the export technology complexity of the manufactur-ing industries. It is found that, at the level of general samples, the marketization process in China has a promoting effect on the promotion of the export technical complexity of the manufacturing industries; the effects of different items in the marketization process are various, weakening in order of the intermediary organization development and legal economy, the government and the market relations, the non-state economic development, factor market development; the development of the product markets has no significant effect on the promotion of the export technical com-plexity of the manufacturing industries. At regional level, the total marketization process is generally helpful to promote the export technical com-plexity of the manufacturing industries. The driving forces of the coastal areas are stronger than those of inland areas; the effects in eastern areas are stronger than those in midland, western and northeastern areas. The conclusions are of great significance for the new round of reform in China,which aims to promote the marketized reform in China, to release institutional dividends, to promote export technology complexity of the manufacturing industries, as well as to ascend the rank of China in global value chain.
