摘要
选取TiO_2作为AgSnO_2触头材料的添加剂,采用粉末冶金法制备了七种不同配比的AgSnO_2触头材料,测量其润湿性及电导率、硬度、接触电阻等性能。结果表明,TiO_2对AgSnO_2触头材料润湿性的改善效果明显,且随着TiO_2含量的增加,AgSnO_2触头材料的润湿角呈现出先增大后减小的变化规律。当润湿角较小时,电导率较大,硬度也较大。接触电阻的变化趋势与润湿性的变化规律基本吻合;然而燃弧能量变化并不明显。
TiO2 was selected as an additive of AgSnO2 contact material. The wettability, conductivity, hardness, contact resistance, etc. of AgSnO2 contact materials with seven different proportions of the additive were studied. The results show that TiO2 can improve the wettability of AgSnO2 contact material obviously, and the wetting angle of AgSnO2 contact material increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of TiO2 content. When the wetting angle is small, the conductivity and the hardness are large. The changing trend of the contact resistance is basically consistent with the change of wettability, but the change of arc energy is not obvious.
