摘要
随着STCW马尼拉修正案的实施,电子海图的应用越来越广泛,对船员的操作要求也越来越高。良好的评估训练和考核方案对提高船员的电子海图操作能力至关重要。基于此,通过分析当前评估中出现的问题,针对性地提出解决方案,并设计一种高效的评估方案,提高评估工作效率。
With the implementation of the STCW Manila amendments, the application of electronic chart is more and more extensive, the crew operating requirements are also increasing. Good evaluation and assess-ment of training programs to improve the ability of the crew operating the electronic chart is essential. Based on this, by analyzing the problems in the current evaluation,this paper put forward a solution to the problem, and designed an efficient evaluation method, which can improve the efficiency of the evalua-tion
