摘要 以地理数据为基础汇集了城市规划管理各重点区域多时空序列的地理信息、遥感影像、网络地图、街景地图、城市模型等大数据资源。城市的发展在新的时期也提出要以自然为美,把好山好水好风光融入城市的发展目标。以2001~2015年遥感影像为基础,对重点区域与对应年度的同位区域影像及规划进行对比,尝试对水资源保护、环境改善、城市建设等方面进行实施评述,以探索结合时空大数据资源在规划实施评估方面发挥更好的作用。 Based on the Geo-data brings together most of the data resources, such as geographic information, remote sensing image, web maps, street maps, and digital city model of urban planning and management. In the new period, the city development goalsis presented to the natural beauty of mountain and water landscape into the city's development. Supported by the remote sensing image and related data resources from the year 2001 to 2015, the author has compared the corresponding data and planning scheme focused on the key urban areas, in order to evaluate the implementation of urban planning in the aspects of the water resources protection, the eco-environment improvement, and urban construction. and explore the better method of assessment planning implementation by means of spatial-temporal big data analysis.
