响应曲面法优化金花葵种子中黄酮的提取工艺 被引量:6

摘要 目的:优化金花葵种子中黄酮的提取工艺。方法:在单因素试验的基础上,选取乙醇浓度、提取时间及料液比为自变量,采用响应曲面法研究各因素及其交互作用对金花葵种子中黄酮提取的影响。模拟得出了黄酮提取的回归方程,确定黄酮提取的最佳条件。结果:优化得到的最佳工艺参数为乙醇浓度60%;提取温度为80℃;提取时间为60 min;液料比为1∶39;提取1次。结论:该提取工艺稳定、合理、预测性良好。 Objective:To optimize the process of extracting flavonoids from the seeds of Ablemoschus manihot.Methods:Ethanol concentration,extraction time and liquid ratio were selected as independent variables of response surface methodology to study the effects of various factors and their interactions on extraction of flavonoids from the seeds of A.manihot.The extraction regression equation for flavonoids was obtained by simulation and the optimum extraction conditions of flavonoids were determined. Results:The optimal extraction parameters were as follows:ethanol concentration 60%,extraction temperature 80 ℃,extraction time 60 min,liquid ratio 1∶39.Conclusion:The extraction technology is reliable,reasonable and highly predictive.
