摘要
针对风力发电机组在变动的风速作用下输出功率发生变动,可能引起并网点电压波动的问题,依据IEC 61400-21标准提出基于动态相量法的风力机组闪变干扰注入水平评估的两种评估模型,计算风力发电机组在连续运行时对公共连接点处引起的闪变危害值。建立仿真模型,结果表明评估方法可以准确反映风电对电网造成的闪变严重程度。
Due to the randomnes of wind speed, the voltage fluctuation of power system may occur when wind turbines are connected to power grid. According to IEC 61400-21, two models of the interference evaluation based on dynamic phasor method were proposed and the flicker value at PCCwas calculated when the continuous operation stage. The wind turbine model was established. The simulation results show that the assessmentmethod can reflect the severity of flicker of wind power.
