摘要
目的 探讨手术联合无水乙醇注射在成人肌间血管瘤治疗中的效果.方法 回顾性分析173例经影像学检查及术后病理明确诊断的成人肌内血管瘤患者,根据手术方式分为2组,一组为单纯手术治疗组（96例）,另一组为手术联合无水乙醇治疗组（77例）,因累及范围较大无法完全切除,手术切除主要受累肌肉组织,少量残留血管瘤瘤巢内行无水乙醇注射硬化治疗.结果术后随访2～5年,MRI检查显示单纯手术治疗组手术区域复发13例,手术联合无水乙醇治疗组手术区域复发12例,其余患者均无复发.结论手术联合无水乙醇硬化剂残灶内注射治疗肌内血管瘤是一种有效可行的治疗策略.
Objective To investigate the effect of surgical excision only or combined with sclerotherapy of anhydrous alcohol in intramuscular hemangioma.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 173 adult patients with intramuscular hemangioma.Patients were diagnosed by radiographic examination and postoperative pathological diagnosis.These patients were divided into two groups according to treatment method：the surgical excision group （96 patients）;or the surgical excision combined with sclerotherapy of anhydrous alcohol （77 patients）,in which the main iected muscle tissue was removed by surgery and the residual hemangiomata were treated by anhydrous alcohol injection.Results After 2 to 5 years following up,91 patients in the surgical group were relieved of local pain and lumps;68 of the 77 patients in the group that underwent surgical removal combined with anhydrous alcohol injection were relieved of local pain and lumps.Conclusion Surgical removal combined with anhydrous alcohol injection in residual intramuscular hemangioma is an effective treatment strategy.
