中医儿科学EBM结合PBL教学法的应用与思考 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨循证医学结合PBL教学法在中医儿科学教学中实施的效果。方法将28名中医实验班学生分4组,每组7名同学,分别采用课后分段式的和课堂连续的PBL教学法,以调查问卷形式了解教学效果。结果 EBM结合PBL教学法可以提高学生对儿科学的学习兴趣及自学能力,可以提高分析问题和解决问题的能力,但课后分段式的教学耗时长,会造成开始热情后期冷场的局面,课堂连续的PBL教学又因资料查询不方便、不齐全而达不到发现问题深入讨论及解决问题的作用。结论EBM结合PBL教学法可以提高中医儿科学的教学效果,但需要合理的时间、经典的案例及图书数字资源获取方便的支持。 Objective To explore the application effect of the teaching method of evidence-based medicine combined with problembased learning for pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 28 students of traditional Chinese medicine experimental class were divided into 4 groups, with 7 students in each group. The all students were given the two teaching methods(subsection teaching after class and continuous classroom teaching). At the end, we learned the effect of two different teaching methods by questionnaire. Results The teaching method by combining evidence-based medicine and problem-based learning could improve students' abilities of self-taught and learning interest. But the method of subsection teaching after class consumed much time, so the en-thusiasm of students faded away. The shortcomings of continuous classroom teaching were too inconvenient on checking information to solve problem. Conclusion The teaching method of combining evidence-based medicine and problem-based learning which supported by reasonable time, classic clinical cases and convenient resources can improve teaching effect.
