摘要
目的:了解广东省技工院校学生的职业价值观现状,为技工院校职业价值观教育的有效开展和职业生涯教育、就业指导提供实证依据。方法:用《职业价值观量表》对广东省8所技工院校1216名学生进行调查。结果:技工院校学生群体的职业价值观总分为(241.32±25.33),项目均分为4.02,15种价值尺度的均分仅相差约2分,被试认为“重要”或“非常重要”的条目数占(46±10)个。被试最重视的5种职业价值观依次是成就、同事关系、经济报酬、生活方式和声誉;不喜欢变动性强的工作;大中城市和商人家庭的学生具有灵活性、综合性高的职业价值观(7个 F 值为3.122~7.839,P 均<0.05)。结论:广东省技工院校学生的职业价值观较为混乱,倾向于追求工作与生活的平衡,不希望工作内容经常变换。
Objective :To explore the status of work values among technical school students in Guangdong Prov ‐ince ,so as to provide data for work - value education ,career and employment guidance to technical schools .Methods :1216 students among 8 technical schools in Guangdong Province were surveyed by Work Values Inventory (WVI) . Results :The total score of the samples'WVI was(241 .32 ± 25 .33)and the mean score of each item was 4 .02 ;Also the differences of mean score among 15 work values were about only 2 points ;These students considered (46 ± 10) items as "important" or "very important" .Besides ,the top 5 work valves were the achievement ,colleague relationship ,eco‐nomic reward ,life style ,and the reputation ;Students did not accept the mobility in work ;Students from cities and from merchant families had a flexible and synthesized work values (the total 7 F value = 3 .122 - 7 .839 ,P value 〈0 .05) .Conclusion :The above results reveal that work values of these technical school students are confusing ;They tend to peruse a balance between work and life and they do not like the mobility in work .Besides ,these results sug‐gest that work value education should be put on focus by administrations ,technical schools ,as well as students themselves ,to help students clarify and adjust their work values ,and to enhance their ability to mobility coping .
