摘要
以某厂的冷轧机为研究对象,分析电气控制系统参数对板带材的成品质量和轧机振动产生的影响。使用MATLAB/Simulink模块对轧机动态轧制过程进行模拟仿真,结合理论分析得出了压下率和张力波动对带钢质量和轧机振动的模拟仿真图。结果表明,压下率可以引起板凸度的变化和轧机振动,张力波动会对工作辊振动产生影响;压下率和张力波动是引起轧机振动的主要因素,可以通过优化电气参数设定和改善张力控制方式来达到抑制轧机振动的效果。
For cold rolling mill of an iron and steel company, the influences of electrical control system parameters on product quality of strip steel and on vibrations of rolling mill were analyzed. Then, the rolling process of rolling mill was simulated based on MATLAB/Simu- link module and a theoretical analysis method, and the simulation diagram of the compression rate and the tension fluctuation versus the strip quality and the vibration of the rolling mill respectively were obtained. It is proved that the compression rate could cause the change of the plate crown and the vibration of the rolling mill and the tension fluctuation influences the vibration of working roll. The main factors causing the vibration of rolling mill are the compression rate and the tension fluctuation, and the vibration suppression of the rolling mill can be achieved by optimizing the electrical parameters and improving the tension control method.
