摘要
介绍"加减乘除法"应用于医院档案精细化管理。运用"加法"、"乘法"加大档案精细化管理力度,有的放矢精确医院档案管理范围,增加医患纠纷案例纳入医院档案管理,增加监控设施制度化依法规范管理,挖掘潜力放大档案利用效益。运用"减法"、"除法"杜绝档案安全隐患精准档案查询使用率,档案数字化管理消除不确切因素提高贡献率。研究总结出医院档案管理取得的主要成绩,科学管理档案囊括医院全部重要资料;统筹资源档案管理因地制宜降低运行成本;服务医改利用和开发档案作为考核依据;档案编撰为领导决策提供依据。
To introduce the practice of application of‘Addition-Subtraction-Multiplication-Division Method＇ in Precise Management of Hospital Archives. Addition method and Multiplication method can be used to strengthen precise management of archives, explicitly clarify scope of hospital archive management, add the patient-hospital disputes cases into hospital archive management, increase monitoring facilities＇ system construction according to regulation and standardization and explore the potential utilization efficiency of archives. Subtraction method and Division method can be used to wipe out potential safety hazard of archives and precisely increase archives inquiry and utilization rate and enhance the contribution rate by using the digital management to eliminate inexact factors. The study summarized the main achievements of hospital archives management and scientific method of management all important hospital data, comprehensively integrate the archive management and reduce the operation cost based the reality, provide assessment references for health reform and development as well as evidence for decision making.
