摘要
目的研究经皮椎弓根内固定联合病灶内药物治疗在脊柱结核患者中的应用效果及对血液指标的影响,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取2012年2月-2014年11月于医院进行治疗的72例脊柱结核患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各36例,对照组进行常规病灶清除术治疗,观察组则进行经皮椎弓根内固定联合病灶内药物治疗,比较两组患者治疗总有效率、术前及术后2、4周血清疾病相关指标,数据采用SPSS15.0软件进行统计分析。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.44%,明显高于对照组的75.00%;术后2、4周血清疾病相关指标观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮椎弓根内固定联合病灶内药物治疗在脊柱结核患者中的应用效果较好,且对于患者的血液指标也有积极的影响,故其在脊柱结核患者中的应用价值更高。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of percutaneous fixation of pedicle of vertebral arch combined with intralesional drug therapy on treatment of patients with spinal tuberculosis and analyze the influence on blood indexes so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment.METHODS A total of 72 patients with spinal tuberculosis who were treated in the hospitals from Feb 2012 to Nov 2014 were recruited as the study objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional focal debridement,while the observation group was treated with percutaneous fixation of pedicle of vertebral arch combined with intralesional drug therapy.The total effective rate of treatment and the serological disease-related indexes before the surgery or after the surgery for 2,4weeks were observed and compared between the two groups of patients,and the statistical analysis of data was performed with the use of SPSS15.0software.RESULTS The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 94.44%,significantly higher than75.00% of the control group.The levels of the serological disease-related indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after the surgery for 2,4weeks,and there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION The percutaneous fixation of pedicle of vertebral arch combined with intralesional drug therapy can achieve significant effect on treatment of the patients with spinal tuberculosis and has positive effect on the blood indexes of the patients,therefore,it has higher value in the treatment of the patients with spinal tuberculosis.
