钛合金喷丸后的残余应力场与热松弛分析 被引量:4

摘要 采用100%和300%覆盖率喷丸方法对TC4钛合金表面进行强化,分析了表面覆盖率和热暴露温度对合金表面残余应力场和半高宽的影响。结果表明:喷丸后,较高的覆盖率可以提高残余压应力的数值、深度及半高宽数值;经过200℃×1 h热暴露后,覆盖率为100%和300%喷丸的钛合金表面残余应力场和半高宽分布基本一致,说明覆盖率偏高对于残余应力场的热稳定性有不利影响;经过500℃×1 h热暴露后,覆盖率为100%和300%喷丸的钛合金表面残余应力场均松弛殆尽,说明热暴露温度对残余应力具有重要影响,而表面层半高宽仍高于基体,说明喷丸产生的塑性形变强化效果仍可能存在。 TC4 titanium alloy was surface-strengthened by shot peening with 100% and 300% surface coverage, and effects of surface coverage and thermal-exposure temperature on residual stress and full wave at half maximum value (FWHM) were analyzed. The results show that after shot peening, higher coverage can increase the value of residual stress, depth and FWHM. After 200 ~C x l h exposure, the residual stress and FWHM of 100% and 300% coveraged alloy is identical, which indicates that high coverage has adverse effect on the thermal stability of the residual stress field. After 500 ~C x 1 h exposure, the residual stress of 100% and 300% coveraged alloy has exhausted, which indicates that the temperature of heat exposure has great infleunee on the residual stress. However in contract, the FWHM on the surface is still higher than the matrix, which means that the strengthening effect caused by plastic deformation of shot peening may still exist.
