摘要 利用经过表面处理的橡胶粉颗粒制备橡胶粉水泥混凝土,从界面理论分析橡胶粉颗粒表面改性处理对橡胶粉水泥混凝土力学性能的影响,用Eshelby等效夹杂理论计算橡胶颗粒水泥混凝土复合材料的等效弹性常数,研究橡胶粉掺量对水泥混凝土有效弹性常数的影响规律,并对其弹性常数进行上下限计算。实验表明,随着橡胶粉掺量的增加,材料弹性模量呈递减趋势。预测结果表明,在橡胶粉掺量大于3.5%时,预测值与试验值相对偏差开始明显加大,但是绝对偏差依然较小,模型的理论计算值与实验值取得了良好一致,上限值与实验值十分接近。 The rubberized concrete composites made from surface modification rubber powder and cement concrete were pre- pared,and the effects of rubber powder surface modification treatment on composites mechanical index were analyzed based on the interface theory. A micromechanical method was used to study the composite materials effective properties, and equivalent elastic constants were predicated by means of the Eshelby equivalent inclusion theory. The effect of different rubber powder contents on effective elastic constants of rubberized concrete was introduced,and the elastic constants bounds were calculated. Experimental re- suits show that the elastic constants decreases with the increases of the rubber powder,the forecast result indicate that the relative deviation between predictive value and test value increased obviously when the adding amount of rubber powder was higher than 3.5%,but the absolute deviation was relatively small,the theoretically calculated values had a good agreement with the experimental values, and the upper boundary closed to the experimental values.
