摘要
目的观察丹栀逍遥散联合黛力新治疗精神性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将80例精神性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组予口服黛力新早、中午各1片,2周为1疗程,治疗组在对照组基础上加丹栀逍遥散(柴胡、当归、茯苓、白术,牡丹皮、炒栀子、白芍、甘草,薄荷、生姜)口服,疗程同对照组,评估治疗2周后眩晕障碍量表(DHI)、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)评分及临床表现。结果治疗组总有效率95.0%,高于对照组的75.0%(P<0.05);2组DHI、HADS评分均有明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组下降优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹栀逍遥散联合黛力新治疗精神性眩晕,能降低DHI、HADS评分,改善患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder and Deanxit for psychogenic vertigo. Methods Totally 80 patients with psychogenic vertigo were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and each group had 40 patients. The control group was orally and respectively given deanxit one piece in the morning and at noon and treated for two weeks as one course. The treatment group used Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder（ radix bupleuri,radix angelicae sinensis,poria cocos,atractylodes,cortex moutan,fried gardenia,radix paeoniae alba,radix glycyrrhizae,mint,ginger） on the basis of control group and course were as the same as in the control group. The effect of therapy was evaluated after 2 weeks of treatment with Dizziness Handicap Inventory scores（ DHI） and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale（ HADS） and Clinical symptom. Results The total effective rate after treatment in the treatment group was 95. 0% significantly higher than that in the control group 75. 0%（ P〈0. 05）. The total score of DHI and HADS decreased remarkably in both groups（ P〈0. 05）,the reduced range of the treatment group was superior to that in the control group,there was significant diferences between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Danzhi Xiaoyao powder combined Deanxit can decrease the total score of DHI and HADS and improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with psychogenic vertigo and improve patient quality of life.
