摘要
目的:了解中医学免费定向生的就业意向,为更好地培养出"下得去、留得住"的基层中医人才,缓解基层卫生人才短缺难题提供有针对性的意见与建议。方法:文献分析法、问卷调查法、访谈法。结果:医学定向生政策对于缓解基层中医人才匮乏问题具有积极作用;协议规定与就业希冀差距大,中医学免费定向生长期服务基层的意愿不强;医学定向生优惠政策有待完善。建议:加强思想政治教育,提高其服务基层意识;完善医学定向生优惠政策,提高其到基层工作的积极性;保障基层中医药的服务功能,提高基层中医人才的存在价值;重视中医学免费定向生在职培训,满足其继续教育的需求。
Objective To study the intention to employment of rural order-oriented Traditional Chinese Medicine students, and provide references for cultivating medical professionals for grass-roots healthcare. Methods Literature analysis, questionnaire and interview methods were applied. Results The policy of order-oriented cultivation has a positive effect on alleviating the shortage of grass-roots TCM talents. The rural order-oriented TCM students had weak intention to serve grass-roots healthcare for a long time. The policy needs to be further improved. Conclusion It was suggested to strengthen ideological and political education, promote their awareness of service the grass-roots healtbeare, improve their enthusiasm, and meet their requirement of on-the-job training and continuing education.
