新型改性硅胶对碱氮的吸附行为 被引量:8

摘要 用磷钨酸和金属离子镍改性硅胶,对油品进行吸附脱氮,考察硅胶焙烧活化温度、负载量和吸附温度对脱氮效果的影响。结果表明,500℃活化的硅胶,两种改性方法均达到了较好的吸附脱氮效果;磷钨酸改性的硅胶比金属离子改性的硅胶吸附脱氮效果更好;磷钨酸负载量40%时的吸附脱氮效果最好,在吸附温度50℃,剂油质量比1∶4时,脱氮率达到88.97%;金属离子镍负载量4.1%,在吸附温度90℃,剂油质量比1∶10时,脱氮率达85.91%。 Researching on the adsorption denitrification performance of oil by the adsorbent silica gel which is modified by phosphotungstic acid and nickel metal ion.The influence of silicone baking temperature activation,loading and adsorption temperature on denitrification effect was investigated.The results showed that the better denitrification effect of modified silica gel were achieved; The denitrification effect of silica gel which was modified by phosphotungstic acid was better than the silica gel which was modified by nickel metal ion; The denitrification effect that the phosphotungstic acid loading of 40% was the best of all; When the adsorption temperature was 50 ℃ and mass ratio of adsorbent to oil was 1∶4,denitrification rate reached 88.97%; When nickel metal ion loading was 4.1%,the adsorption temperature was 90 ℃and mass ratio of adsorbent to oil was 1∶10,denitrification rate reached 85.91%.
