摘要
流通业务外包是图书馆服务外包发展的一个亮点,逐渐被各类型图书馆所接受与认可,但亦出现了诸如流通业务外包工作质量难以控制等问题,这与图书馆服务外包酬薪标准缺失有关。目前,图书馆流通业务外包工作的薪酬支付方式主要有以人定薪酬、按工作量一次性支配、总体核算等3种方式。"八八制"计酬方式可以科学管控图书馆流通业务工作质量,提升图书馆流通业务外包工作绩效。
The outsourcing of circulation is a bright spot in the development of library service outsourcing, which has been accepted by various types of libraries. However, there are lots of troubles, such as uncontrollability of circulation outsourcing quality, which related to the lack of standards of library service outsourcing payment. Currently, there are three main payment methods for library outsourcing, fixed payment, workload one-time disposal, and general accounting. ＂Double Eighty Percent＂ payment method could scientifically control the quality of library circulation business, and improve the performance of library outsourcing of circulation.
