摘要
目的评价临床路径管理在社区获得性肺炎的应用效果。方法通过回顾性调查,对比分析我院实施社区获得性肺炎临床路径管理前后(进入临床路径组和对照组2组患者),在住院费用、住院时间及治疗效果等方面的差异。结果社区获得性肺炎实施临床路径管理后平均住院费用、住院日等指标均有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而2组的临床疗效相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床路径在社区获得性肺炎的应用能使诊疗更加规范,有效节省住院费用、缩短住院天数,提高患者满意度,值得在临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of clinical pathway on community-acquired pneumonia. Methods Retrospective study was used to compare the differences between control group and clinical pathway group , including average hospital costs,average length of stay,cure rate. Results There were no statistical significance in the cure rate before and after the implementation of clinical pathway on community-acquired pneumonia （P〉0.05）; after the implementation of the clinical pathway, both the average hospital costs and length of stay were descreased. There had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion With the implementation of clinical pathway on patients with community-acquired pneumonia, the treatment process became more standardized,medical expenses and length of stay were signific-antly decreased and patients satisfaction was increased. Therefore, clinical pathway of community-acquired pneumonia is worthy to be widely promoted in hospitals at all levels.
