摘要
介绍了煤层瓦斯抽采技术现状,将目前瓦斯抽采封孔技术分为非带压封孔、"两堵一注"带压封孔和二次封孔3大类,讨论了各类封孔工艺的优缺点和适用条件。分析结果表明:没有一种封孔技术能够适用所有煤层瓦斯抽采条件,应结合不同的煤层瓦斯抽采需求,研发操作简单高效、装置成本低廉、密封效果可靠的技术与装置,以提高煤层瓦斯的抽采浓度与效率。
The paper introduces the present situation of coal seam gas extraction technology,the current gas extraction hole sealing technology is divided into three categories as non-pressure hole sealing、"two stuck one note"with pressure hole sealing and twice hole sealing,discussing the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of hole sealing process and suitable conditions. The results show that there isn’t a hole sealing technique that can apply to all gas extraction condition. It should be combined with different extraction demand to research the technology and equipment with simple and efficient operation,low installation cost and reliable sealing effect,in order to improve the extraction concentration and efficienly of the coal seam gas.
