摘要
教师权威的丧失是教育危机的一种表征。教师权威历经感召权威、法理权威、对法理权威的超越和去权威化的复杂历史演进。教师权威的丧失,不仅是教育的危机,更是重大的政治与文化危机。重建教师权威,需要教师自我赋权、践行公共伦理及成为平等中的首席。
The loss of teacher authority is one characteristic of education crisis. It has gone through the charismatic authori- ty, the legal authority and the transcendence of it, the non-authoritative. This is not only the crisis of education, hut also the major cultural and political crisis. The teacher needs self-empowerment, acting with the public ethics and being first a- mong the equals. The three ways are the basic strategies in reconstructing teacher authority.
