摘要
注重医学博士研究生的培养,锻造高素质医学人才,是我国医学发展的重要环节,是促进我国医学发展水平,接轨国际前沿,提升全民健康指标,实现国富民强的战略目标的有益举措。近年来随着招生规模的不断扩大,如何避免由于博士研究生的数量增长而导致培养质量的下降,是每一个研究生管理工作者应该思考的问题。通过多年的实践,中国医科大学附属盛京医院摸索出培养博士研究生的管理经验,并在实践中不断地完善与充实。
Focusing on the training for students of doctoral degree and making medical talents of high quality is the main part of China＇s development of medical medical science and a beneficial measure for China＇s development of medical science,keeping pace with international frontier,improving national health indicators and realizing the strategic goal of prosperous nation with strong and powerful people.Recently,with the constant expansion of college enrollment,every managerial worker should consider to avoid quality reduction in training for students of doctoral degree.After practice for many years ,Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University has figured out exerience of training management,which is being improved and enriched.Managerial workers of the sturdents should shoulder the responsibility and heavy tasks to ensure the improvement in training quality.
