摘要
为解决含中心光滑圆孔金属材料壁板剩余强度计算中确定应力集中系数的关键问题,选取某飞机的3个典型部位,采用有限元法计算了其含中心光滑圆孔的应力集中系数,并分析得到:典型部位的结构型式和受力分布虽然不同,但其含中心圆形孔的应力集中系数随无量纲参数——相对损伤尺寸d/W的变化规律是一样的,可拟合成一通用计算式。该公式适应性强,可用于飞机结构战伤评估分析。
The stress concentration factor is very important for calculating residual strength of metal panel with smooth circular hole. In this paper,three typical position were chosen to calculate the stress concentration factor with finite element method. The results showedthat the variety law of smooth circular hole is the same as that of relative damage size(d/w),no matter how different structure type and force distribution are. In addition,ageneral equation was fitted. This equation has wild adaptability and can be used in assessment of airplane structure battle damage.
