婴幼儿发育性髋关节异常早期护理干预效果 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨婴幼儿发育性髋关节异常早期护理干预的临床效果。方法我院选择2014年8月-2015年8月出生42d超声波髋关节提示异常的婴幼儿共103例,按单双号随机分组,观察组共52例,采取早期护理干预（髋关节外展操和宽尿布包裹）,4~6周后超声波复查髋关节。对照组共51例,告知家属采用普通方式,包裹禁用＂捆绑＂式包裹新生儿,但未采取早期护理干预,4~6周后超声波复查髋关节。比较两组婴幼儿4~6周后髋关节超声波复查情况。结果经过4~6周的早期护理干预后复查超声显示：观察组患儿髋关节异常率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论超声波提示发育性髋关节异常的婴幼儿早期实施护理干预,可促进髋关节的自然复位和发育。
