摘要
以铝合金压铸试样为对象,研究了普通压铸试样和真空压铸试样的外观质量和力学性能。结果表明:经抗拉强度试验后,与普通压铸试样相比,真空压铸试样的断面晶粒更细密,颜色更接近铝合金本色;经T6热处理后,真空压铸试样的表面鼓泡更少;测量试样相同部位的直径,与热处理前相比,普通压铸试样的直径增大了0.1 mm以上,而真空压铸试样几乎没有变化。铸态时,真空压铸试样比普通压铸试样的力学性能略好一些,其中抗拉强度提高约6.67%,伸长率提高了25%,硬度提高约4.34%;经T6热处理后,真空压铸试样的力学性能仍然保持在良好状态,伸长率还比铸态时提高了180%,而普通压铸试样的力学性能下降幅度较大。采用普通压铸工艺生产的快速接头平均合格率只有69.79%,应用真空压铸技术后,产品的平均合格率达到了89%,平均合格率提高约28%。
The appearance quality and the mechanical properties of the conventional and vacuum die casting samples were researched as the object. The results show that after the tensile strength test, the grain on section of the vacuum samples was denser than the conventional ones, and the color was closer to the aluminum alloy. After T6 treated, the blisters on the surface of the vacuum ones were less. Measuring the diameter of the same parts, compared with the casting condition, the diameter of the conventional samples increased 0.1 mm, while the vacuum ones have almost no change. The mechanical properties of the vacuum samples were slightly better than the conventional ones in the casting condition. The tensile strength was increased by about 6.67%, the elongation was increased by 25% and the hardness was increased by about 4.34%. After T6 treated, the mechanical properties of the vacuum samples were still in good condition, and the elongation was increased by 180%, while the conventional ones were decreased greatly. The average qualified rate of the rapid joint using the conventional process was only 69.79%. After the application of the vacuum technology, the average qualified rate of the products was reached to 89%, which was increased by about 28%.
