摘要
大数据给情报工作带来了新的挑战与机遇,在新的环境下如何构建一个面向情报工作流程的情报方法体系,是当前情报研究适应新环境的关键所在。本文以构建面向情报工作流程的情报方法体系为目标,采用文献调查法、内容分析法、系统分析法、调查问卷方法、基于规则的知识抽取方法等进行研究。面向情报流程的情报方法体系包括情报需求定义计划制定方法集、信息检索与数据采集方法集、多源信息融合与清洗方法集、信息分析与内容挖掘方法集、结果解读与情报提炼方法集、报告撰写与情报传递方法集。
Big data has brought new challenges and opportunities to the intelligence studies. How to build a suitable methodology for the process of intelligence, is the current key task of intelligence research to adapt to the new environment. This paper aims to build intelligence studies method oriented to information workflow using literature investigation, the content analysis method and system analysis method, based on the rules of knowledge extraction method. Intelligence studies method in the environment of big dataineluding method of intelligence need definition and plan, method of information retrieval and data acquisition, method of multi-source information fusion and cleaning, method of information analysis and content mining, method of the interpretation of the results and intelligence mining, method of report writing and intelligence delivering.
