摘要
目的:辩证探析大学生心理健康问题及影响因素,提出解决大学生心理健康问题的策略。方法:运用SCL-90症状自评量表对长春市净月开发区几所高校随机抽取的500名大学生进行测试。结果:被测试大学生的生源地差异、性别差异以及年级差异是影响大学生心理健康的主要因素。以生源地差异为例,SCL-90因子总分均值的t检验结果显示P值<2.2e-16,认为城镇学生和农村学生的SCL-90因子总分均值存在差异。各因子平均分大于2人数检出率的卡方检验结果显示P值均<0.05,生源地差异对大学生心理健康有影响。结论:采取提高大学生心理健康的自我维护能力、引导大学生实现环境与角色的转换、创造大学生心理健康成长的校园文化环境、建立大学生心理健康防御和干预机制等策略,促进大学生的心理健康。
Objective To analyze dialectically college students' psychological health problem and its influencing fac- tors, so as to put forward strategies or solutions. Methods We tested 500 college students selected at random from sev- eral universities located in Changchun (Jingyue economic and development zone) with SCL-90. Results The main influ- ence factors included differences in origin,gender and grade of the tested college students. For example, t test results of SCL - 90 factors averaged total scores showed that the value was less than 2.2 e--16,which meant that there was difference between the urban and rural students. Chi--square test results for the factors of which the averaged detec- tion rate was greater than 2 persons showed that P values were all less than 0.05 ,which indicated that difference in ori- gin affected students' psychological well--being. Conclusions To promote college students' psychological health, such strategies can be applied as improving college students" self--protection capability of psychological health, guiding students to achieve transformation in environment and roles, creating a cultural campus environment for the healthy growth of college students' mentality, as well as establishing mechanisms of defense and intervention for college students' psychological health.
