摘要
针对目前水污染比较严重的情况,通过相关设备的选型及计算,研发设计了一套用于有机污水处理的超临界水氧化设备,并设计了工艺流程图。超临界水氧化设备采用管式反应器,其材质为内径4mm的不锈钢管,预热器和反应器管长为10m,盘管壁厚为2mm;进料设备采用高压柱塞泵将废液打入反应器;预热系统采用316L不锈钢盘管置于电加热炉中进行预热,石棉来保温;该设计为超临界水氧化处理有机污水提供了有效的成套装置。
In view of the current situation more serious water pollution, through selection and calculation of related equipment, research and design of a supercritical water oxidation equipment for organic wastewater treatment, and design process flow chart. Supercritical water oxidation equipment using tubular reactor, the material for the inner diameter of 4mm stainless steel tube, preheater and reactor tube length is 10 meters, the coil wall thickness of 2mm : feed equipment using high-pressure piston pump the waste into the reactor ~ preheating system with 316L stainless steel coil placed electric furnace preheated to asbestos insulation : the design of supercritical water oxidation treatment of organic waste water provides an effective complete sets of eauipment.
