摘要
高新技术产业作为技术密集型产业,创新效率是影响其进出口贸易的重要因素。基于2009-2013年全国30个省(市、自治区)的面板数据,本文利用DEA交叉评价模型测算了全国30个省(市、自治区)的高新技术产业创新效率,将测算得到的创新效率和进出口贸易额进行了面板单位根检验、面板协整检验及回归分析。结果表明:绝大多数省(市、自治区)创新效率得到了逐步提升;创新效率与进出口贸易之间存在长期均衡关系;创新效率每提升一个百分点可以带动约477百万美金进出口额增长,创新效率对进出口贸易的拉动效应呈现东中西影响程度不均衡现象。
High and new technology industry is a technology-intensive industry, and the innovation efficiency is an important factor to influence its import-export trades. DEA evaluation model is calculated with the panel data of 30 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) to get the data of innovation efficiency of high and new technology industry between 2009 and 2013, and then panel unit root test, panel co-integration test and regression analysis are conducted with the panel data of the innovation efficiency and import and export trade volume. Empirical studies show that most of the provinces have gradually improved its scientific and technological innovation efficiency; there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between import-export trade and innovation efficiency; innovation efficiency of each one percent can bring about $477 million import-export trades, and there exists the disequilibrium phenomenon of innovation efficiency's pulling effect on import-export trades.
