摘要
在100 mL固定床实验装置上,考察了反应温度、压力、空速对甲醇制汽油反应(MTG)的影响并对反应过程的反应热进行了理论计算。结果表明:在反应温度380℃,压力0.50 MPa,空速1.0 h^(-1)的条件下,MTG进料的反应放热量为52.74 kJ/mol,绝热温升为586.12℃。
The influence of reaction temperature,time and space velocity on the methanol to gasoline process was investigated on a 100 m L fixed bed apparatus and the thermodynamic calculation was carried out.The results showed that reaction heat release was 52.74 kJ/mol at 380 ℃ and 0.50 MPa with space velocity of 1.0 h^-1,and the adiabatic temperature rise was 586.12 ℃.
