摘要
在法学教学中,案例教学法是非常重要的一种教学方法,它具有鼓励学生独立思考、引导学生变注重知识为注重能力、增进师生双向交流等多重作用。法学课堂中的案例选择要符合典型性、可辩性和现实性三大标准。在案例教学的具体实施中,还需注意相关的条件和程序,以使法学课堂的案例教学取得最佳效果。
In the teaching of law,case teaching method is a very important tool,which can encourage students to think independently,guide students to an ability-oriented direction rather than a knowledge-oriented one,and promote two-way communication between teachers and students. Yet the law cases chosen in the class must be typical,easy to debate and coming from reality. And during the implementing process,a special attention should be also paid to the relevant conditions and procedures in order to achieve the best case teaching effect.
