摘要
目的 探讨翻转课堂模式对低年资护士院内培训学习满意度的影响。方法 2015年7~11月以于四川省绵阳市第三人民医院工作2年内护士98名为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各49例。对照组采用传统培训模式,试验组采用翻转课堂培训模式。培训后,采用学习满意度量表测量两组护士的学习满意度。结果 培训后,试验组护士学习满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 翻转课堂培训模式用于低年资护士院内培训中,可以提升学习满意度,值得进一步推广。
Objective To explore the effect of flipped classroom teaching method on learning satisfaction of junior nurses. Methods From July to November in 2015, 98 nurses who had worked within two years in the Third People's Hospital of Mianyang City were chosen, randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, each group had 49 cases. Flipped classroom teaching method was adopted in the experimental group, the traditional teaching method was used in the control group. The learning satisfaction of both groups were tested by learning satisfaction scale after training. Results After training, the scores of nurses' learning satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Flipped classroom teaching method can improve junior nurses" learning satisfaction, worthy of further promotion.
