China in recent years has created a different scenario in the Chinese film industry with a view to promoting Chinese cultural products abroad under the "going out" strategy. In 2015, the Chinese films "A Hero or Not" and "Lost in Hong Kong" featured a black character indicating that China is beginning to open its film industry to the "black community" as well as developing a new approach. Faced with challenges, more efforts must be made to capitalize on the international market by making Chinese movies more competitive. Africa is a market that China should not ignore. The present treatise examines how China film industry can ex- plore Africa film market as well as collaborate with Africa film industries to upgrade China-Africa film relations. In addition, emphasis is also focused on how both parties can reciprocate each other and make joint efforts to facilitate the establishment of a new international political and economic order characteristic of fair and rational.
