摘要
万城铅锌矿采用分段空场法开采,各中段之间未留顶柱,形成了由万7线、11线、15线及19线4条宽10~15m的矿柱分割的5个特大采空区,采空区体积达130万m3,矿柱高度在80~110m之间,矿柱及采空区的稳定性问题极为突出。基于这样的现状,2014年7月引进了4通道非接触式岩移实时在线监测系统,对井下矿柱与矿柱间、采空区顶底板间以及各矿柱上下盘间的位移进行在线监测。监测数据显示,7线与11线之间仅在7月一个月内发生了26 mm的位移,系统立即发出了预警,随后勘查到7线矿柱出现了显著的开裂现象。矿山立即停止附近区域生产作业,并加紧开展充填,使得该区域的监测数据逐渐趋于平稳。万城矿通过该系统实现了对矿柱及采空区稳定性的实时在线监测,为矿山的开采提供了有效的监测数据,极大地节省了矿山的人力物力等投入,并确保了复杂采空区条件下的安全生产。
The sublevel open-stope mining was used in Wancheng lead-zinc mine. There was no top pillar between the middle part of the stage room, so that five huge mined- out areas were separated by four pillars with the width of 10 -15 m at line 7, line 11, line 15 and line19. The total vol- umes of mined-out areas reached 1.3 million m3, and the heights of those four pillars were between 80-110 m, with poor stability. According to this condition, in July of 2014, a non-contact monitoring system with 4 channels was recom- mended for on-line real-time monitoring of the rock move- ment between pillar and pillar, roof and floor of the mined-out area, as well as top and bottom plates of each pillar. The monitoring results showed that a displacement of 26 mm ap- peared between line 7 and line 11 just in July, and the sys- tem sent out a warning immediately. Soon afterwards, an ohvious crack was found at line 7, so that the production was stopped in the near region at once, and the filling operation was put forward until the monitoring data of this region gradually stabilized. The system had realized on-line ,real- time monitoring on the stability of the pillars and mined-out areas, provided effective monitoring data for the exploitation of mines, greatly saved the cost of manpower and material resources, and ensured the safe production under complex mined-out areas.
