摘要
池州市作为国家首个生态经济示范区,经济社会的快速发展对其生态环境形成了较大压力。首先选取17个指标对池州市经济发展状况与生态环境质量进行综合评价,然后运用协调发展度模型,对两者间的协调关系进行了研究。研究结果表明:2003年至2013年间,池州市经济发展综合评价指数年均增长23.09%,而生态环境综合评价指数年均下降2.5%,经济发展与生态环境协调发展度由0.334提升至0.676,整体呈上升态势,但波动性较大。基于上述研究结果,提出了促进池州市经济与生态环境协调发展的对策建议。
Chizhou, the first national ecological economic zone, suffers the great pressure of its fast economic growth on ecological environment. This paper selected 17 indicators to evaluate the status of economic development and ecological environment quality in Chizhou city, and then used the model of coordinated development degree to study their coordination. The results of the study showed that： in 2003 to 2013, Chizhou City Economic Development Comprehensive Evaluation Index increased by an average annual growth rate of 23.09%, and ecological environment comprehensive evaluation index fell by an annual average of 2.5%, economic development and ecological environment of the coordinated development degree from 0.334 upgrade to 0.676 showed an overall upward trend, but the waves move more. Based on the above research results, the authors put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of economy and ecological environment in Chizhou city.
