摘要
目的:探讨里民人眼部遗传性状的基因频率分布特征。方法:在知情的情况下,对世居贵州关岭县的610名里民人(男性300人,女性310人)4对眼部遗传性状(睫毛、眼色、眼裂开度、眼裂方向)进行调查。结果:里民人睫毛、眼色、眼裂开度、眼裂方向的显性基因频率分别为0.514 2、0.208 2、0.355 0、0.351 9。其中,男性分别为0.538 4、0.217 1、0.410 9、0.389 3,女性分别为0.492 1、0.200 6、0.304 3、0.318 1。眼裂开度、眼裂方向的显性基因频率存在性别差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。除眼裂开度与眼裂方向外,其他遗传性状之间存在相关性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:里民人眼部遗传性状的基因频率存在性别差异,且彼此间具有一定的遗传关联性。
Objective： To explore the features of the gene frequency of genetic characters of eyes in Limin people. Methods： With the informed consent,a morphological survey was carried out in July 2014. A total of 610 random people（ 300 males,310 females） of Limin people from 18- 55 years old living in Guanling county,Guizhou were enrolled for the study. Meanwhile,the gene frequencies of 4 genetic characters（ eyelash,eye color,opening height of eye slits and direction of eye slits） were calculated,and its correlations were analyzed. Results： The domination gene frequencies of eyelash,eye color,opening height of eye slits and direction of eye slits were 0. 514 2,0. 208 2,0. 355 0,and 0. 351 9,respectively. Those of males were0. 538 4,0. 217 1,0. 410 9,0. 389 3,and of females were 0. 492 1,0. 200 6,0. 304 3,and 0. 318 1,respectively. There were significant differences on opening height of eye slits and direction of eye slits in sex（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Except opening height of eye slits and direction of eye slits,correlations were found between four eye genetic characters（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The gene frequency of genetic characters of eyes exhibits sex differences in the Limin,and these indices show genetic interconnections.
