摘要
目的分析病案教学法在内科护理教学中的应用。方法选取2013年1月-2016年1月100名护理专业学生,随机分为对照组(50名)与研究组(50名),对照组采取传统说教式教学法,研究组采取病案教学法,对比两组教学效果。结果研究组成绩高于对照组(P〈0.05)。研究组密切师生关系、学习印象深刻、提高学习能力、提高学习兴趣、容易理解,满意度高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论在内科护理教学中采取病案教学法,能提高学生成绩,建立良好师生关系,加强学生学习主动性。
Objective To analysis the application of case-based teaching method in the teaching of internal medicine nursing. Methods 100 cases of nursing students were selected from January 2013 to January 2016, were randomly divided to control group(50 cases) and study group(50 cases), while the control group adopted the traditional didactic teaching method, the research group take case-based teaching method, the teaching effects of two groups were compared. Results Study group scores higher than control group(P〈0.05). Study group to close relationship between teachers and students, learning impressed, improve the ability of learning, improve the interest of learning, easy to understand satisfaction is higher than that of control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion In the Department of internal medicine nursing teaching, medical record teaching method can be adopted to improve student performance, establish good relationship between teachers and students, and strengthen students' learning initiative.
