摘要
目的探讨护理分层护理管理在护理管理工作中的应用。方法我院安排100例护理人员,随机分为观察组及对照组。每组护理人员各负责100例患者,观察组实施护理分层护理管理;对照组实施常规护理,分析比较护理效果。结果观察组护理效果优于对照组,其中观察组及对照组患者的护理满意率分别为98%及85%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士分层护理管理在护理管理工作中具有重要的应用价值。
Objective To explore the application of nursing hierarchical nursing management in nursing management. Methods 100 cases of nursing staff in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Each group of nursing staff is responsible for 100 cases, the observation group implementation of nursing hierarchical nursing management; control group, the implementation of routine care, analysis and comparison of the effect of nursing. Results The observation group nursing effect is better than the control group, the observation group and the control group of nursing satisfaction rate was 98% and 85%, the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nurse stratified nursing management has important application value in nursing management.
