摘要
目的探讨医、护、技合作在骨科手术患者中的应用。方法通过患者从入院、术前、康复期、出院前的指导,在一系列的护理和专业康复师的协助下完成康复训练。结果提升满意度,加快患者康复。2015年调查样本患者健康教育满意度:376例(97.2%),治疗护理满意度:370例(95.6%),对护理满意度:381例(98.4%),对医生满意度:375例(96.9%),对康复师满意度:379例(97.9%);与2014年同期同数量样本比较健康教育满意度:366例(94.6%),治疗护理满意度:356例(92.0%),对护理满意度:367例(94.8%),对医生满意度:363例(93.8%),对康复师满意度:370例(95.6%);P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论采用医护技合作在骨科手术患者中的应用,可促进患者恢复,提高患者对临床的满意度。
Objective To investigate the application of medical technology cooperation in orthopedic surgery patients. Methods The patients from the hospital before surgery, rehabilitation, guidance prior to discharge, completed a series of rehabilitation training in nursing and professional rehabilitators assistance. Results To enhance satisfaction, accelerate rehabilitation. Patients health education satisfaction in 2015： 376 cases（97.2%）, treatment and nursing satisfaction： 370 cases（95.6%）, satisfaction to nursing： 381 cases（98.4%）, on doctors＇ satisfaction： 375 cases（96.9%）, on the degree of satisfaction of the rehabilitation division： 379 cases（97.9%）, with the same period in 2014, healthy education satisfaction： 366 cases（94.6%）, treatment and nursing satisfaction： 356 patients（92.0%）, satisfaction to nursing： 367 cases（94.8%）, physician satisfaction： 363 cases（93.8%）, on the degree of satisfaction of the rehabilitation division： 370 cases（95.6%）, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The medical technology cooperation during orthopedic surgery patients, can promote the recovery of patients, improve patient satisfaction.
