摘要
目的研究分析循证护理在骨科护理质量管理中的临床应用。方法2014年8月-2015年12月收住我院骨科的患者92例,随机数字表法将其分为对照组（n=46）与试验组（n=46）,其中对照组患者给予常规骨科护理,而试验组则采取循证护理干预。自制调查量表,比较两组患者对住院期间护理人员操作水平、服务态度以及沟通能力等项目的评分。结果试验组患者对住院期间护理人员操作水平、服务态度以及沟通能力评分均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论循证护理有助于提高骨科护理人员整体护理质量。
Objective To investigate the application of evidencebased nursing on quality management of orthopedic nursing. Methods 92 cases were selected inorthopedics of our hospital from August 2014 to December 2015, and randomly divided into control group（n=46） and experimental group（n=46）, patients in control group were taken routine orthopedics nursing, and the experimental group was taken evidence-based nursing intervention. The scores of two groups of patients were recorded and compared with the nursing staff＇s operation level, service attitude and communication ability by self made questionnaire. Results The patients in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group in the level of operation, service attitude and communication ability（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing is helpful to improve the quality of nursing staff in department of orthopedics.
