摘要
以耐火砖为冲蚀对象,利用"标准冲蚀试件法"对人工淹没空化水射流冲蚀能力进行了实验研究。研究结果表明:人工淹没水射流喷嘴的冲蚀能力约是非淹没条件下角形喷嘴的冲蚀能力的1.8~2.2倍;靶距和外喷嘴入口流量对人工淹没水射流喷嘴冲蚀能力的影响较大,最佳的靶距为30 mm,最佳的低压水流量为10 L/min。
For erosion refractory brick," the method of standard erosion specimen" has been used on the erosion experiment research to study the jet's erosion ability.The results shows that the erosion ability of the artificial submerged water jet is1.8 to 2.2 times as strong as non-submerged one.standoff distance and outer nozzle 's inlet flow rate have important influence on the nozzle's erosion ability,the optimal standoff distance is 30 mm and the outer nozzle's inlet flow rate is 10 L/min.
