摘要
本文利用高效液相色谱法在优化后的色谱条件下对复合肥料中的缩二脲含量进行了测定。结果表明,在0~500 mg/L的检测范围内,该方法线性良好（R2=0.9999）,平均加标回收率99.94%,RSD为0.136%,是一种简单、准确测定复合肥料中缩二脲含量的方法。
In this paper,The biuret content in compound fertilizer was determined by High Performance Liquid Chromatography with the optimized chromatographic conditions.The results show that,On a scale of 0 ~ 500 mg/L range of detection,the calibration curve showed good linearity（R2= 0.9999）,The average recovery of the method was 99.94%,RSD was 0.136%,So it ＇s a simple and accurate method which was developed for the determination of biuret content in compound fertilizer.
