摘要
相比普通固体推进剂,高燃速推进剂具有燃速高、能在短时间内提供大推力的特点,近年来被广泛应用于各类型固体发动机。针对某型固体火箭发动机采用细氧化剂含量较高的高燃速推进剂在高湿环境进行装药的可行性,通过不同湿度环境和贮存条件的细氧化剂对燃速影响的测试和发动机在三种不同燃速条件下的试车,得出高湿环境装药对该推进剂燃速有较大影响,会使燃速偏低,从而对发动机的内弹道性能产生影响。
Compared with ordinary solid propellant, high burning rate propellant can provide a large thrust in a short time, which has been used in various types of solid motors in recent years. For analyzing the feasibility of high humidity environment charge for a certain solid rocket motor using high burning rate propellant with high content of fine oxidant, the effects of fine oxidant in different humidity and storage conditions on burning rate are tested, and the motor is tested under three different burning rate conditions. The test results show that high humidity environment charge has great impact on the burning rate of used propellant, which will lead to low burning rate and influence the interior ballistic performance of motor.
