摘要
振动环境是空空导弹所经历的最严酷的环境之一,将直接影响空空导弹的结构完整性和工作性能。触发开关作为空空导弹直接碰撞目标时的敏感发火装置,其在各个振动环境下的响应直接关系到全弹性能及弹道安全性。为优化引信结构,降低早炸发生概率,本文对三种不同类型空空导弹引信触发开关地面振动响应进行了对比分析,同时结合有限元仿真计算,提出了较为有利的触发开关安装位置。
Vibration environment is one of the most inclement environment experienced by air-to-air missile, which directly influences the structural integrity and working performance of air-to-air missile. As the sensitive fire device when directly rushed by target, the vibration response of impact switch directly in- fluences working performance and trajectory safety. In order to optimize the fuze structure, reduce the probability of early explosion, the ground vibration responses of three kinds of air-to-air nfissiles' fuze im- pact switch are compared and analyzed, and added by the finite element analysis, an advantageous instal- lation position of impact switch is proposed.
