摘要
虚拟仪器技术因其功能多样、测量准确、集成方便灵活等特点,在机载弹药测试领域得到广泛应用。选取某型导弹电爆管引信测试仪为研究对象,针对该型测试仪存在的缺陷和使用中遇到的问题,采用虚拟仪器技术,对其进行了重新设计,可以有效消除测试中的误差,进行实时的数据采集、显示、存储及数据的进一步处理,提高了测试的可靠性和准确性。同时,利用Lab VIEW自带的WEB发布工具,可以将虚拟仪器发布到局域网中,实现远程测试的功能。
The technology of virtual instrument is widely used in airborne ammunition testing equip- ment for its diverse functions, accurate measurement and easy integration. Selecting a certain type of missile electric detonator testing instrument as the research object and aiming at the problem of this testing instru- ment, the new testing instrument is designed by virtual instrument technology. It can effectively eliminate the error in test, realize the data acquisition, display, storage and data processing, and improve the relia- bility and accuracy of the testing instrument. Meanwhile, using the WEB publishing tools of LabVIEW, the virtual instrument can be applied into local area network to achieve the function of remote testing.
