PET/CT联合肿瘤标志物诊断肺癌的价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨PET/CT检查联合肿瘤标志物检测诊断肺癌的价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的肺部疾病住院患者146例,其中,73例为肺癌患者,73例为肺部良性病患者。使用PET/CT检查和肿瘤标志物检测对其进行检查测定,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果PET/CT检查的肺癌诊断效果(灵敏度、特异度、准确度)都优于肿瘤标志物,其差异比较显著(P<0.05);使用PET/CT检查联合肿瘤标志物检测诊断肺癌,与PET/CT单独检查以及肿瘤标志物检测单独检查,其准确度、灵敏度和Kappa值都比较高,其差异比较显著(P<0.05)。结论使用PET/CT检查联合肿瘤标志物检测诊断肺癌的效果优于使用PET/CT单独检查和使用肿瘤标志物检测单独检查,其意义重大,值得推广。 Objective To explore the value of PET/CT combined with tumor markers in diagnosing lung cancer. Methods 146 cases with lung disease confirmed by pathology (lung cancer: 73 cases and lung benign disease: 73 cases) undergoing PET/CT examination and the tumor marker test were analyzed by statistical analysis retrospectively. Results The diagnostic efficiency of PET/CT in lung cancer including sensitivity, specificity and accuracy was better than tumor markers, and there was significant difference between them ( P〈0.05). The sensitivity, accuracy and Kappa value of PET/CT combined with Tumor Markers in diagnosing lung cancer was better than PET/CT and tumor markers solely, and the statistically significant difference was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The diagnostic efficiency of PET/CT combined with tumor markers in diagnosing lung cancer was better than PET/CT and tumor markers solely, and it was worth promoting.
